This is a 260+ acre master-planned, mixed-use development with immediate access to I-25 via the developing Highway 402 interchange. Situated in the heart of northern Colorado, the project will transform the undeveloped land into a dynamic community. Originally identified by the Caliber acquisition team in 2015 at a price of $14,000,000, this asset came back to Caliber in an “off-market” transaction in June of 2017 at the deeply discounted price of $3,000,000.
