As part of Caliber’s CTAF, the Mesa portfolio consists of 10 individual, in-line historic buildings and one vacant developable lot within the boundaries of a Qualified Opportunity Zone in Downtown Mesa, Arizona. The portfolio contains 160,000 +\/- square feet of space. The properties are located proximate or contiguous to the four City of Mesa-owned public parking lots that may be developed vertically in the future. The properties are part of the ongoing Caliber strategy to acquire buildings in the historic downtown city of Mesa. Starting in 2017, many of the properties in this portfolio were initially purchased by Caliber’s Diversified Portfolio Fund, then sold into CTAF in the years of 2019 – 2021.<\/p>\n\n\t
