To take advantage of Tucson’s growth opportunities, Caliber partnered with Rio Nuevo and the City of Tucson (AZ) to develop the Tucson Convention Center Hotel. The development, a 170-room DoubleTree by Hilton located in Tucson’s Downtown Core, will be directly adjacent to the Tucson Convention Center.

The state of Arizona has a nearly $25 billion tourism industry, with nearly $2.5 billion generated annually by Pima County, in which Tucson resides. It’s home to the Roadrunners Hockey team as well as the world-renowned Tucson Gem and Mineral Show.
