Sean Hickham

With over 25 years of financial experience, Sean Hickham serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Institutional Group at Caliber. In this role, he is responsible for driving the business, managing external relationships, and developing alternative distribution channels.

Mr. Hickham initially joined CNL in 2004 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Trustreet Properties, Inc. (NYSE: TSY), a public REIT sponsored by CNL. Following the sale of Trustreet to GE Capital, he assumed the position of Vice President - Mid-Cap Markets for GE. In 2011, Mr. Hickham returned to CNL to play a pivotal role in launching Corporate Capital Trust (NYSE: CCT) as the Senior Vice President of Fund Management. He served as the voice and face of the organization, contributing to the successful raising of over $3.5 billion in equity capital.

Before joining Caliber, Mr. Hickham held the position of Division Vice President at Servant Investments, a private equity real estate firm. He also gained valuable experience in various sales and management roles with Arthur Andersen, Metavante, and Maritz. Additionally, Mr. Hickham is a valued member of the CNL Financial Group leadership committee.

Mr. Hickham began his career in the securities industry as a licensed associate (Series 7 & 63) at First Financial in St. Louis, MO, while simultaneously completing his undergraduate degree.
